The China-Austria (Changzhou) Innovation Center represents a tangible international cooperation platform jointly established by China and Austria. This center plays a significant role in facilitating industrial collaboration, joint research and development, and project implementation between the two countries.

The Austrian Technical Corporation (ATC) operates as a certified technology export organization endorsed by the Austrian Ministry of Science and Technology, the Austrian Ministry of Economy, and the Austrian Federal Chamber of Commerce. It serves as a leading entity in providing high-tech solutions across various sectors in Austria. As part of Austria's export promotion strategy, ATC focuses on supporting Austrian technology suppliers in expanding their global market presence. Currently, ATC's key cooperation areas with China include growing industries such as industrial automation, energy conservation and environmental protection, smart cities, smart agriculture, and environmental intelligence. ATC has formed strategic alliances with Austrian export finance institutions and international operators, creating an integrated service network encompassing "technology, finance, and operation." The combined annual revenue of companies currently partnering with ATC amounts to approximately 27.07 billion euros, employing more than 114,000 people worldwide.
