
Talent Exchange and Training: Facilitating Talent Mobility and Developing International Skilled Professionals
Core Objective: To promote two-way talent flow between both regions and provide robust "intellectual support" for collaborative initiatives.
Implement Personnel Exchange and Capacity Building Programs: Establish structured exchange mechanisms for experts, technical professionals, and management personnel. This includes inviting Austrian industry specialists to Changzhou to conduct technical workshops and provide advisory services for enterprise technological upgrades, as well as selecting key technical staff and managers from Changzhou for short-term training or further education at Austrian research institutions and companies to acquire advanced technical knowledge and management expertise.
Enhance Vocational Education Collaboration: Foster partnerships between Changzhou vocational colleges (such as Changzhou Vocational Institute of Engineering and Changzhou College of Information Technology) and Austrian Universities of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschulen) and vocational education institutions. By utilizing Austria's renowned "Dual Vocational Training System," we will jointly develop curriculum frameworks and establish shared training facilities. This initiative aims to cultivate highly-skilled professionals with both specialized expertise and international perspectives, thereby building a sustainable talent pipeline for bilateral industrial cooperation.
